I am so happy I have put up my first offical Christmas tree! I am so excited about it! I put it up during the Iron Bowl. Apparently that is a sin, according to my husband whom is a HUGE Bama fan. I just wasn't into the game as much this year. And so during half time and most of the second half I was putting together a christmas tree! And, for the record it was more entertaining than the football game! haha!
Little did I know when I got married how often we were going to have to do the "compromise" thing! Wow! And it's mostly over odd things! Like the christmas tree lights! We had an argument in the middle of WalMart over what color lights were going on the christmas tree! Seriously!! The argument consisted of Craig wanting white lights becuase he "has always had white lights! And they are way prettier than colored lights!" And me wanting colored lights because "I had always had colored lights and I don't see how you think white lights are prettier than colored lights!" ahh the arguments of newly weds! After about five minutes of aruguing I put my foot down and said we have to compromise and I bought colored light!! ha ha lol! Now grant it, our tree was pre-lite with white lights so we both got what we wanted and our christmas tree is VERY well lite with both white and colored lights! And I must say it looks great! Once all our red, silver, and gold ornaments were on the tree it looked very festive!
That was the first story about the christmas tree excitment! Believe it or not you can have 2 stories surrounding your christmas tree in just 2 days! So, our tree looks beautiful and is in the perfect place in the living room. All the decorations are perfectly seperated where there is not too much of one color in one place and the lights are in just the right places to hit the ornaments at just the right angle to make them sparkle! My perfect tree (in my world) obviously could not last forever thanks to my 2 wonderful children (aka my dogs Rebel and Princess). The tree had not even been up a day and Princess, who loves to walk under thing, because she thinks she is only a foot tall when she is more like 2 1/2 feet tall, decided it would be a great idea to walk under the tree that is only 1 foot off the ground! Thus, almost knocking the whole tree down, thank God I was standing there to catch it, and knocking several ornaments off the tree. Thankfully none of them broke and were all able to be put back! That was the ok part...Rebel then today decides for what ever reason that it would be a fabulous idea to pee on the tree while he looked at me! I couldn't believe it! The dog that had not been back inside after peeing for 10 minutes decided he needed to pee agian and would pee on my tree while staring at me like I wouldn't do anything about it! Needless to say I did...and the dog spent the day outside! He didn't like it but then again I didn't really care! Now that my tree is clean once again I'm not sure I don't need to put it in a baby pen or something so nothing can get to it! Something to think about I guess!

wow...2 days in a row!!
So, I'm sitting at work and I feel almost high! wow this is a interesting feeling! Hears what happened...
So, about 2 weeks ago I had something along the lines of bronchitis and I was on a steriod, antibiotic, and an inhaler! and to top it all off I was still coughing...I coughed my lungs out and my head off! So, I finally just asked a doc for some cough meds. They knocked the stinkin cough completely out! YEY!! So, a couple days later I'm feeling tons better no cough and bonus I can breath! I was awesome! So I thought. That was last monday! About 2 days ago I stared loosing my voice again and the cough came back. I got tired of feeling like crap so this morning before I went to bed I took my cough med thinking I could knock it out again before it started...right!? The med is suppose to be taken before you go to bed because it also has a sleep aid with it...so I took it at 5 am. It is now 845 pm and I am still feeling some of the sleepy effects! this stuff has to wear off soon! ahh!
Just a little view into my life at the moment!

NEW POST!! Yeh, I know I suck at doing this!! haha anyway....
yes, I know it has been since let's see.....JUNE!!! wow, ok I suck at this more than I thought! well, on to an actual update..
We have moved! Into and actual house! and we moved in July! I know it would have been a fabulous thing to post about yet again I say....I suck! We only moved 1.5 miles down the road...but hey "We're movin on up (movin on up) to the east side..."! haha lol! We love living in a house! I was funny however, the very first tornado warning we had, I went into panick mode! going through how long I had to get to my safe place and get the dogs together...and then it hit me..."I'm in a brick house...go to the bathroom you moron!" I was slightly amused witg myself that I forgot what it was like to live in a house that was cemented to the ground! How great is that!! ha!
So, in the other time...Princess (my new dog..that I got in July...yes another good thing to post about) got prego and had 7 beautiful puppies! (yet another thing I could have posted about) They are precious! ....most of the time. They have hit the ago where they will chew on anything and everything including me and Craig. However, it is fun t watch and 6'4" man jump over an 8 inch long puppy bite! haha lol...you might have to be there unless you truley know my husband. They have been a wonderful addition to the family for the past 6 weeks and now they are ready to be wonderful additions to someone elses family...so please COME TAKE THEM!!! I love them dearly but it is time to find a family! I have 2 grown dogs and a husband/child....I'm sorry but that is all the mouths I can feed right now!
That is the main things going on at the moment...We just celebrated Craig's 23rd birthday with and entire weekend celebration! I'm wiped! But, I love doing things for him! We are getting ready for all the major holidays that we will have to attend and several parties we have been invited too and working on top of all that! ahhh, the life of a newly wed couple...everyone wants to see you and there is never enough time to do everything! oh well, I'm sure we will get everything figured out!
anyway...maybe I will catch on to this whole blog thing....just maybe! Until next time!!! :)
